Steps to Delete Account

Here are the steps users need to follow to delete their Itchi Tech Apps account:

1. Log in to Account: Users must first log in to their Itchi Tech Apps account.

2. Go to Account Settings: Within the app, navigate to the "Account Settings" page.

3. Select Delete Account Option: In the account settings, find and select the "Delete Account" option.

4. Confirm Deletion: The system will prompt users to confirm their request to delete the account. Users need to confirm again to complete this step.

Data Deletion and Retention

During the account deletion process, here are the details about data deletion or retention:

• Deleted Data: The following data will be permanently deleted:

• Personal identifiable information (such as username, email address)

• Retention Period: After the account deletion request is submitted, there may be a 30-day retention period to process the request and ensure the secure deletion of all related data.
